This delicious dessert is on a vegan and gluten free shortbread crust. The cheesecake-like body of the dessert is made using cream of coconut and rich Belgian dark chocolate. It’s topped with a luscious vegan chocolate ganache and a dusting of shaved chocolate. We keep this available in the shop by the slice, without pre-ordering.
